The 2011 Spring Autojumble At Beaulieu
Having exhibited at the Spring Autojumble at Beaulieu for the last three years we were accustomed to the sights, sounds and weather conditions of previous shows. We were not disappointed! There are not many classic car shows where we are discussing a client’s classic car requirements whilst a chap with a brass pixie under his arm walks past. The weather was also kind to us this year with only a few spots of rain.
As always it was a pleasure to meet so many classic car owners and enthusiasts. We particularly enjoyed talking to one visitor about his Gilbern and learning some of the fascinating history of this vehicle. We welcomed the opportunity to speak to the car clubs in attendance at the show about ways in which we can support them throughout 2011 and beyond.
Throughout the show we ran a competition where one lucky winner had the chance to win a selection of classic car tools worth £201. Thank you to all visitors who entered and to Darrell Cunningham of the Standard Motor Club who kindly drew the winning entry. Congratulations to Mr P Fosberry of Brighton who won the competition and collected their tools at the end of the show.
The Spring Autojumble at Beaulieu is every aspiring classic car owners dream with so many parts and spares available to purchase as well as road ready classic cars for sale.
For our next show we are delighted to be supporting the MG Midget 50th Anniversary show which is taking place at Burghley House, Stamford on 12th June 2011. Visit www.midget50.com or call 01954 231125 for further information – we look forward to seeing you there.
