Customer Information
We are an independent intermediary acting for selected insurers.
All of our policies are with UK based insurers and are governed
by English law.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 the Data Controller
in relation to any personal data you supply is LIS Limited.
Information you provide will be used for the purpose of insurance administration and may be checked with a credit agency.
We exchange information with insurers through various
databases to help us check information provided and also
to prevent fraudulent claims.
We may disclose the personal data you provide about yourself
and others to other companies in our Group for marketing purposes,
but we will not pass your details to any other company.

Our Promise To You
It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer
service
at all times.
If there are occasions when we do not meet your standards please
contact our Customer Service Department, either verbally or in
writing,
who will take details of your concerns.
We will acknowledge in writing advising you of who is dealing with
your concerns within five working days.
If our investigations take longer we will provide a full response
within
20 days or explain our position and provide timescales fo
a full response.

Future Charges
In addition to the premiums charged by insurers, we may make
the following charges to cover the administration of your insurance:
Arranging new policies £12.00
Mid Term Adjustments £15.00
Mid Term Cancellations £20.00
Renewals £12.00 / Web renewals £7.00
Replacement duplicate certificates or cover notes £15.00
