The MG Midget 50 Show At Burghley House Stamford
We were delighted to sponsor this fantastic show in celebration of the 50th year of the MG Midget.  The setting was magnificent in the grounds of Burghley House in Stamford and the turn out of MGs and their owners was greater than we could have anticipated.
Despite a sunny start the rain descended resulting in most hoods being put up and owners taking shelter in their cars. Despite the rain we understand that over 800 cars joined the celebrations and it was a pleasure to meet so many MG owners at our stand.
Throughout the show we ran a competition where one lucky winner had the chance to win a selection of tools for their MG worth £190. Thank you to all visitors who entered and to General Manager of the MG Owners’ Club who kindly drew the winning entry. Congratulations to Mr A Magee of Marlow who won the competition.
 Mr A Magee commented: “We won the Lancaster Insurance Draw. An impressive collection of useful tools, for a Midget. Many thanks to Lancaster and the MGOC”.
