Throughout this Privacy Policy Capita Plc and all its subsidiaries including Lancaster Insurance Services Limited shall be referred to as “Capita”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”. Any person or organisation that accesses the Site shall be referred to throughout this Privacy Policy as “You” “Your” “User or “Users”.

We are committed to protecting Your privacy. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and aim to maintain consistently high levels of best practice in Our processing of personal and/or sensitive personal data.

How We use information You provide Us
• The information You supply will be used to provide goods and or services that You request, to communicate with You and allow Us to personalise the information We send You.
• All the information supplied by You, including information via forms completed on Our website, is information We collect from Your browsing. In common with nearly all web servers Our server logs each page that is downloaded from Our site.
