If you haven't received your documents via e-mail within 48 hours after you purchased your policy please make sure you check your junk and/or spam folders. If you still can’t find your documents please use the form below to request duplicate copies.
If you are a postal customer and haven't received your documents in the post within 7 working days after you purchased your policy, please fill in the form below to request duplicate copies.
Please note: we will issue your duplicate documents to you via the delivery preference you have selected. If any of your details (such as address or e-mail address) have changed since your policy started, please call us.
