Rotary Clubs distributed a total of £61,000 to one national and 18 local charities at Sherborne Castle on 8th November. Nigel Young, Chairman of Trustees for the Sherborne Classic Cars CIO, said ‘This was a truly astonishing result following 12 months of work by the Organising Committee from members of the Yeo Vale, Sherborne Castles and Brue Valley Rotary Clubs.'

Over the weekend of the 20th - 21st August, classic Fords will be out in full force for the annual ‘North Wales Classic Fords Snowdonia Run’. In its seventh year, the event, organised by the North Wales Classic Fords Club and supported by Lancaster Insurance, will drive the 100 mile route taking in breath-taking views throughout.

News: Lancaster Insurance to make charitable donation with each insurance quote and sale made using TeamMike or TeamAnt

Lancaster Insurance has pledged to donate up to £5 to charity for customers who quote the phrases ‘TeamMike’ or ‘TeamAnt’ when they ring up for an insurance policy. Customers who show support to the Charity Build Off by picking a team when they receive a quote will also be helping the Marie Crawford Boyd Foundation (Mike’s chosen beneficiary) and Harrison’s Fund (Ant’s chosen beneficiary).
