Hyundai Coupe Cup success

Lancaster Insurance is passionate about supporting club activities. Marking the 'M Era' at Brooklands

Tax for classic car owners

The chancellor brought some fantastic news for classic car owners in his budget earlier this year, announcing that cars built before 1976 qualify for FREE road tax from 1st April 2016. This announcement declares that “from April 1st each year, vehicles constructed more than 40 years before January 1st of that year will automatically be exempt from paying Vehicle Excise Duty (VED)”.


Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership

After a successful debut last year, the Pride of Ownership display is back at this year’s Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show with a bang. Lancaster Insurance's ‘Mini’ restoration set to shine at the NEC Restoration Show

Lancaster Insurance, headline sponsor of the Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership display, will be shining a spotlight on its own restoration project at this year’s Practical Classics Restoration & Classic Car Show. Taking pride of place on the insurer’s stand (9 - 245), the 1969 Morris Mini Super Deluxe named Margo, will be auctioned following her restoration at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show 2016 in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
